First USFans haul checklist

First hauls fail on skipped steps. Tick live listing, paste, warehouse photos, then pack once. The long path is How to buy.

What this checklist is

A first haul is one trip through the agent: several Weidian, Taobao, or 1688 URLs, one China warehouse, one international carton if you can wait. This index is only a map — lanes and preview cards. It does not take payment, store goods, or issue tracking. USFans pays the seller, receives the parcel, photographs it, and books the courier. If a page here and the dashboard disagree, trust the dashboard. The long form is how to buy.

Before you paste anything

  1. Pick a type if you already know it — shoes, hoodies, T-shirts — instead of twenty Discord screenshots. A QC badge on a card is extra listing photos, not warehouse shots of your order.
  2. Open the live marketplace page. If it 404s, switch rows. Why links break.
  3. Copy the product-detail URL from the address bar (title, price, variants). Shop homepages, search results, and albums do not resolve. Which links paste.
  4. Read the size chart as centimetres, not as a US letter. If there is no insole or chest number, plan a warehouse measurement after intake rather than guessing from the title.
  5. Skip batteries, loose power banks, aerosols, and perfume unless you have already checked the live line. Restricted mail.

Two payments, not one cell

Spreadsheet CNY or ~$ hints are the seller side. Stage one at USFans is usually that price plus the domestic inbound into the warehouse, plus any service line shown at checkout. Stage two is international freight after photos, weigh-in, and packing. Keep a three-line budget: (1) items + inbound, (2) extras you actually request, (3) packed postage. Cells are only line one.

USFans’ public estimate notes say packed freight can still move about ±5–10% after volumetric weight and carton size. Shoe boxes and puffers are the usual jump. See volumetric weight and shipping. The App Store listing also pitches HD checks and seeing weight and shipping before you lock the outbound — still confirm the live quote in the account, not a YouTube $/kg.

This index does not take PayPal or cards. Marks on USFans checkout can change; confirm what your account offers. This site does not publish a service-fee percentage or a coupon code.

Warehouse photos before export

Item pages currently advertise 3–7 free HD inspection photos of the unit in China. The App Store copy is the same idea: inspect via HD photos before shipment. Those frames are not the spreadsheet thumbnail. Approve, hold, or start a return while the goods are still in the warehouse. After export, sending a tee back is usually billed on chargeable weight and rarely worth it. Keep, hold, or return, QC guide, returns after QC.

A blurry size tag is a recapture request, not an automatic refund. Do not invent a no-questions remorse window here.

Pack one carton when you can

Several marketplace URLs in one haul is normal. Confirm the current free-storage window inside USFans — this index will not invent a day count. Submit when QC is done, pick the live line, and read whether it is DDP. US “under $800, no duty” is outdated after CBP suspended de minimis treatment. Customs and tax, US after de minimis.

First-haul mistakes that still show up

  • Pasting a shop URL or a dead Weidian ID and waiting for the agent to guess the SKU.
  • Treating the spreadsheet cell as landed cost (missing inbound, cube, and duty).
  • Submitting the parcel the same day photos land, then arguing from a thumbnail.
  • Shipping one hoodie express instead of consolidating.
  • Hiding perfume or a power bank in a clothes carton.

Photos first, quote second, payment third. Order of operations beats a coupon screenshot.

This post was rewritten from this site’s how-to-buy, QC, shipping, and storage guides as a first-haul checklist. Public anchors: USFans’ App Store HD-before-ship copy, packed-freight ±5–10% and volumetric weight, CBP’s end of de minimis, and courier restricted-commodity lists. Not a fee table, not a coupon page, not copied Superbuy/Fishgoo help.

  1. App Store — USFans-Shop China, ShipAnywhere — Free HD image quality check before shipment; listing also claims weight and shipping visibility — confirm in-account.
  2. Maersk — air cargo chargeable weight — Stage-two postage follows scale vs volumetric weight after packing, not the spreadsheet cell.
  3. CBP — end of the de minimis loophole — US duty is not “included under $800” in a Weidian cell.
  4. DHL Express — what you can and cannot send — Aerosols, many perfumes, loose batteries and power banks are commonly restricted — check the live USFans line.
