USFans vs Pandabuy for spreadsheet buyers
For years, “the spreadsheet” meant a Pandabuy-oriented Google Sheet. After 2024–25 operational disruption at that end of the market, shoppers scattered across newer agents. USFans is one of those names. The products on Taobao and Weidian are the same URLs; the warehouse, fees, and routes are not.
- The marketplace links are the same. The company that receives, photographs, and exports them is not.
- Do not copy a 2023 fee table or a locked coupon cell for either agent.
- Compare landed cost on the same three items, then test USFans with a small order.
Same job, different company
Both are shopping agents: paste a marketplace link, wait for China-side delivery, review photos, consolidate, ship. USFans publishes that workflow on its own site. Pandabuy still has its own terms, app, and history. CNFans, Kakobuy, Sugargoo, Superbuy, and others still exist. Switching agents does not unlock a secret Weidian warehouse. It changes who holds the goods in China and which courier lines you can book.
Spreadsheet culture moved with the default agent. Tabs that said “PB link” got renamed “USFans spreadsheet” without anyone checking whether the URL still loaded. A renamed tab is not a migration. You still paste the live listing into the agent you actually intend to pay.
What we will not put in a comparison chart
- Trustpilot stars for USFans — the live profile currently withholds a rating after fake-review removals. See Is USFans legit?
- A locked “$800 coupon” cell — affiliate pages repeat it; public USFans beginner copy does not pin it down.
- A winner for every country. Routes and restrictions differ by destination and by week.
- A copied 2023 fee table. Service lines, storage clocks, and freight all move.
Independent agent roundups in 2026 still describe Superbuy, Sugargoo, and CSSBuy as older platforms and USFans as a newer one “popping off.” Newer is not automatically safer. Older is not automatically cheaper. Run the quote.
A practical way to choose
Keep the find constant. Hold the same product URL while you look at agent checkout. Compare landed cost on the same three items:
- Item price plus domestic inbound into the warehouse.
- Warehouse photos — count, clarity, and whether extra shots cost extra in that account.
- Packed weight and the international line to your country, including whether duties are in the rate (DDP) or not.
Then test with a small order before you move a full haul. One hoodie and a pair of socks will teach you more than a Discord argument. If you are leaving Pandabuy, do not assume storage days, return windows, or rehearsal tools map one-for-one. Confirm each of those inside USFans.
