Does USFans offer free warehouse storage?
USFans stores goods in China after intake so you can add more items and consolidate. The free window and overtime fees change — confirm the current days inside your USFans account, not from this index. See storage & consolidation.
Are spreadsheet photos the same as warehouse QC photos?
No. Spreadsheet and catalog images are browsing thumbnails, often reused. Warehouse QC photos are taken of your order after it arrives in China. USFans item pages currently advertise 3–7 free HD shots. Read the QC photos guide.
Can I return an item after QC photos?
Returns are a China-warehouse decision. If photos show the wrong size, damage, or a different colorway, deal with it before you submit the parcel. After export, sending goods back is rarely economical. Confirm current seller and agent rules on USFans. See returns after QC.
Do I pay customs and tax on a USFans spreadsheet haul?
Duties and VAT sit with destination customs, not with a spreadsheet cell. DDP lines usually include tariffs and taxes in the freight. On non-DDP lines the consignee may need to pay or send documents. US “under $800, no duty” math is outdated. See customs and tax.
Why is international shipping quoted later?
You pay the item and the domestic inbound first. International postage is quoted after goods are photographed, weighed, and packed. USFans’ estimate notes say the final amount can move about ±5–10% after volumetric weight and carton size are known. See shipping.
What is two-stage payment on USFans?
Stage one is the seller price plus the domestic inbound (and any agent service line shown at checkout). Stage two is international freight after packing. Spreadsheet CNY cells are only the first of those lines. Split the bill in How to buy.
Can I ship batteries, liquids, or perfume through a spreadsheet haul?
Mail rules sit with the courier line you pick, not with a spreadsheet cell. Batteries, liquids, aerosols, and perfume are common restricted classes. Check the live line terms in USFans before you order those SKUs. Notes live on the shipping page.
