What is a USFans spreadsheet?
A USFans spreadsheet is a shared list of product links from Chinese marketplaces — mainly Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 — that international shoppers paste into the USFans agent. Typical columns are a name, a picture, a converted price, and a URL. Some sheets add batch notes or QC albums from earlier buyers.

Where the format came from
USFans did not invent the spreadsheet. The same pattern existed for Pandabuy, CNFans, Sugargoo, and other agents: a Google Sheet that fans could duplicate, filter, and drop in Discord. Creators on TikTok still export tabs because a Sheet is easy to clone. Easy to clone is also why the same dead Weidian URLs recirculate for years.
People say “USFans spreadsheet” the way they used to say “Pandabuy spreadsheet.” They mean a link list aimed at that agent’s checkout, not a product USFans sells. The company runs a shopping-agent site. The Sheet is community publishing.
What a typical sheet actually contains
Most tabs are a product name, a thumbnail, a CNY or converted USD hint, and a marketplace URL. Some add a “batch” label, a Yupoo album, or a note like “TTS” that is not a measurement. None of those columns can see whether the listing still exists tomorrow, whether the seller changed the photo, or whether your warehouse unit will match the thumbnail.
